Break BreadTerms of Use

These terms cover your use of Break Bread, run by Cremalab LLC (“we”). By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
This is a beta
Break Bread is an early test version. Things may change, break, or be removed, and we may end the beta or reset data with notice by email. It is provided “as is”, without promises about availability.
The assistant can be wrong
Suggestions, recipes, and ingredient details are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. It tries to respect the allergies you enter, but it is not a substitute for reading labels and using your own judgment. Always check ingredients yourself when an allergy or medical need is involved.
Your account and family
- You must be 13 or older, and responsible for what happens under your account.
- Family admins can invite and remove people. Anyone with your family's invite link can join, so share it carefully.
- What you add to a family (recipes, plans, grocery items) is shared with that family.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store it and process it to run the service for you and your family, including sending it to our AI provider to generate replies. Only add recipes and photos you have the right to use.
Please don't
- Break the law, or use Break Bread to harass anyone.
- Try to access other families' data, probe or overload the service, or use it to send spam.
- Use automated tools to run up our AI usage or bypass limits.
Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like from the Family page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cremalab LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Break Bread, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us, which during the beta is nothing.
